The BSO052N03S OptiMOS ™2 Power-Transistor is a fast switching MOSFET designed for use in notebook DC/DC converters.
It is N-channel and logic level, with very low on-resistance and superior thermal resistance.
The transistor is qualified according to JEDEC standards and is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free.
It has a maximum continuous drain current of 17A at 25°C and 11A at 70°C, and a maximum drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V.
The thermal resistance ranges from 30 to 150 K/W, and the input capacitance is 4160-5530 pF.
The transistor is designed for use in SMPS and notebook DC/DC converters and is suitable for applications requiring fast switching and low on-resistance.
