Schottky Barrier Diodes (BAS40 & BAS70 Series)
Description
️· General-purpose Schottky barrier diodes in SOT-23 packages.
️· Used for high-speed switching, mixers, detectors, and signal termination.
️· Helps maintain signal integrity and reduce signal reflections.
️· Provides stabilization for clock, data, address, and control lines.
Features
️· Line-to-VCC and line-to-ground protection
️· Clamps within one forward diode threshold voltage
️· Low forward voltage and reverse recovery
️· Bidirectional low-forward available with “-04” suffix
️· SOT-23 Surface Mount packaging
