Dynamic Electrical Characteristics - Supply and SPI
VL ≤ (VCC - VSS) ≤ VH, TL ≤ TA ≤ TH, ΔT ≤ 25 K/min, unless otherwise specified
1. Parameters tested 100% at final test.
2. Parameters tested 100% at wafer probe.
