• Low Package Profile: 0.4mm
• Low rDS(ON)
• Low Threshold Voltage
• Logic Level Compatibility
• Small SOT-923 Surface Mount Package

DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMBDM3590 and
CMBDM7590 are complementary N-Channel and
P-Channel Enhancement-mode silicon MOSFETs
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. These MOSFETs offer Low rDS(ON) and
Low Threshold Voltage.
