General Description
The AON4803 combines advanced trench MOSFET technology with a low resistance package to provide extremely low RDS(ON). This device is ideal for load switch and battery protection applications.

   ID (at VGS=-4.5V)              -3.4A
   RDS(ON) (at VGS=-4.5V)  < 90mΩ
   RDS(ON) (at VGS =-2.5V) < 120mΩ
