 Description
The DIO1169 is a low power, 1.8 GHz high
bandwidth, single pole single throw analog switch,
which is designed to operate from a single 2.3 V to
5.5 V supply. The DIO1169 offers excellent -3dB
bandwidth and low ON resistance，which can be used
as analog switch in multiple application.
