General description
NPN/PNP double Resistor-Equipped Transistors (RET) in small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packages.

Features and benefits
■ 100 mA output current capability
■ Reduces component count
■ Built-in bias resistors

■ Simplifies circuit design
