SWITCHMODE SERIES NPN POWER TRANSISTORS

. . . designed for use in high-voltage, high-speed, power switching in inductive circuit, they are particularly suited for 115 and 220 V switchmode applications such as swithcing regulators, inverters, DC-DC and converter.

FEATURES
* Collector-Emitter Sustaining Voltage-
VCEX = 350 V to 450 V
* Collector-Emitter Saturation Voltage-
VCE(sat) = 2.0 V(Max.) @ IC = 5.0 A, IB = 1.0 A
* Switching Time - tf = .0.5 μs (Max.) @ IC = 5.0 A
