SIC462 Product details

• Single supply operation from 4.5 V to 60 V input voltage
• Adjustable output voltage down to 0.8 V
• 6 A continuous output current
• Adjustable switching frequency from 100 kHz to 2 MHz
• Adjustable current limit and soft start
• 98 % peak efficiency
• Ultra-fast transient response
• ± 1 % output voltage accuracy
• Normal, ultrasonic or pulse skipping operation
• 5 μA shutdown current
• 250 μA operating current
• Cycle-by-cycle current limit
• Output overvoltage protection
• Output undervoltage / short circuit protection
• Output voltage tracking and sequencing
• Scalable family of output current:
3 A (SiC463), 6 A (SiC462), 10 A (SiC461)
