The MB89P173 is an OTPROM (one-time PROM) versions of the MB89170/170L series, and the MB89P175A

is of the MB89170A/170L series.

1. Features

• 8-Kbyte (MB89P173), 16-Kbyte (MB89P175A) PROM on chip

• Options can be set using the EPROM programmer (MB89P175A only).

• Equivalency to the MBM27C256A in EPROM mode (when programmed with the EPROM programmer)

2. Memory Space
