64 / 217 page  7702/7703 Group User’s Manual INTERRUPTS 4–2 The suspension of the current operation in order to perform another operation owing to a certain factor is referred to as “Interrupt.” This chapter describes the interrupts. 4.1 Overview The M37702 has 19 interrupt sources to generate interrupt requests. Figure 4.1.1 shows the interrupt processing sequence. When an interrupt request is accepted, a branch is made to the start address of the interrupt routine set in the interrupt vector table (addresses FFD616 to FFFF16).
