collision-detection timing

IFCOL is asserted for a minimum of 600 ns when transmission and reception of data occur simultaneously and

the mode is in half duplex. IFCOL is not active during link fail or in full-duplex mode. Figure 17 shows the

collision-detect timing. During a collision, the data output on IFRXD is not valid received data.
