Description

The RHF350 device is a current feedback

operational amplifier that uses very high speed

complementary technology to provide

a bandwidth of up to 550 MHz while drawing only

4 mA of quiescent current. With a slew rate of

940 V/µs and an output stage optimized for

driving a standard 100

Ω load, this circuit is highly

suitable for applications where speed and power-

saving are the main requirements. The device is

a single operator available in a Flat-8 hermetic

ceramic package, saving board space as well as

providing excellent thermal and dynamic

performance.

Pin connections

The upper metallic lid is not electrically connected to any

pin, nor to the IC die inside the package.
