000 : LCD OFF (SEGn, COMn, PCOMn = Vss)
001 : LCD OFF (SEGn, COMn, PCOMn = non-serective output)
111 : LCD ON
9.2.3 Standby
The DC/DC converter is stopped, thus reducing the supply current. This display is placed in the OFF state (SEGn,
COMn = VSS).
Even at Standby, it is possible to write command and data.
