Event(s) generated:
On the completion of the command, a command complete event is generated. The status
indicates success or failure. If the registration of GAP service is successful, the event data
contains the handle for the GAP service registered with GATT and also the device name
characteristic and appearance characteristic handles registered for the GAP service if the
role is peripheral.
