A/D converter characteristics
Note 1.
Excludes quantization error (±1/2 LSB).
Note 2.
This value is indicated as a ratio (%FSR) to the full-scale value.
Note 3.
When AVREFP < VDD, the MAX. values are as follows.
Overall error:
Add ±1.0 LSB to the MAX. value when AVREFP = VDD.
Zero-scale error/Full-scale error:
Add ±0.05%FSR to the MAX. value when AVREFP = VDD.
Integral linearity error/ Differential linearity error: Add ±0.5 LSB to the MAX. value when AVREFP = VDD.
Note 4.
Values when the conversion time is set to 57
μs (min.) and 95 μs (max.).
Note 5.
