# ACE301A: Ultra-Small High-Precision Low Voltage Detector
## Description
A series of high-precision low voltage detectors utilizing CMOS technology. Available in NMOS open-drain and CMOS output forms.
## Features
️· Low Current Consumption: 0.9μA @ 3.5V (Typ.)
️· Precision: ±2.0% detection voltage accuracy
️· Operating Voltage: 0.7V ~ 6.0V
️· Hysteresis: -V DET ×5 %
️· Detection Voltage Range: 0.9V ~ 2.0V (10mV step)
️· Output Types: NMOS open-drain (Active Low), CMOS (Active Low)
