Integrated Circuit Systems (ICS) was an American company that specialized in the design and manufacture of timing and frequency control products.
The company was founded in 1980 and was headquartered in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
ICS was known for its expertise in timing and frequency control technology and its ability to deliver high-quality and reliable products for various applications such as computing, telecommunications, and industrial automation.
ICS provided a wide range of products including clock generators, clock buffers, clock synthesizers, and other timing and frequency control products.
In 2010, ICS was acquired by IDT (Integrated Device Technology), a leading provider of essential mixed-signal semiconductor solutions.
The ICS brand is no longer in use, but its technology and products continue to be a part of IDT's portfolio.
