 Description
The DIO8833 is an integrated thermoelectric cooler
controller (TEC) with built-in internal power
MOSFETs. It can reach 1.5 A of continuous output
current from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V input voltage range.
The TEC voltage is linearly controlled by the analog
input voltage.
The DIO8833 has an address pin to support two I2C
addresses for flexible usage. Address pin also can
be connected with a capacitor or floated when only
one TEC controller is needed. TEC current can be
easily adjusted by 5% ITEC accuracy to achieve
stable temperature control.
Features such as TEC voltage and current limiting
are controlled by I2C serial interface. Full protection
features include internal SS, OCP, OVP, and
overtemperature protection (OTP).
The DIO8833 provides package with Green
QFN2*3-16.
