Description
These devices are N-channel Power MOSFETs developed using the 6th generation of STripFET™ DeepGATE™ technology, with a new gate structure. The resulting Power MOSFETs exhibits the lowest RDS(on) in all packages. H2PAK-2 1 2 3 TAB H2PAK-6 1 TAB 7 D(TAB) G(1) S(2, 3) S(2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) G(1) D(TAB) H2PAK-2 H2PAK-6 AM14551V1

Features
■ Designed for automotive applications and AEC-Q101 qualified
■ Low gate charge
■ Very low on-resistance
