Overview

The ASM6050 is a voltage regulator with high withstand voltage, low power consumption, and high accuracy output voltage

developed using high voltage BCD technology. Regulated voltage power supply for automotive equipment and home appliances

Available in SOT-223 and TO-252-5 packages

Input voltage: 3.6 V to 60 V



Output voltage accuracy: ±1.0% (Ta = 25°C

).



Quiescentcurrent:4.5uA(typ)



Sleep: 0.14 uA (typ).



Output current: 600mA max



Fast discharge of output capacitor at shutdown (optional model)



Output soft-start avoids large inrush currents



Built-in overload current protection and short-circuit protection circuitry: Limit the overload current of the output transistor



Built-in thermal protection circuit: Prevents damage to the product due to heat generation



Built-in ON/OFF control circuit: Can extend the life of the battery



ESD：5kV HBM/2kV CDM



Operating temperature range: Ta = -40°C ~ 125°C



Lead (Sn 100%),Halogen-free, TO-252, SOT-223 package



The SOT-223 package complies with the AEC-Q100 standard
