The LTM8080MP is guaranteed to meet specifications over the full –55°C to 125°C internal operating temperature range. Note that the maximum internal temperature is determined by specific operating conditions in conjunction with board layout, the rated package thermal resistance and other environmental factors. Note 3: The maximum current out of either channel may be limited by the internal temperature of the LTM8080. Note 4: Not tested in production. ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS The l denotes the specifications which apply over the full operating temperature range, otherwise specifications are at TA = 25°C. VIN = 12V unless otherwise noted (Note 2). |
