A/D CONVERTER REFERENCE
The MCP1502 product family was carefully designed to
provide a precision, low noise voltage reference for the
Microchip families of ADCs. The circuit shown in
Figure 5-4 shows a MCP1502-25 configured to provide
the reference to the MCP3201, a 12-bit ADC.

The circuit shown in Figure 5-5 shows a MCP1502-40
configured to provide the reference to a SAR ADC.
