APTS Holdover with PTP (Using G.8275.2 Profile)

This test checks whether the equipment clock can maintain time holdover at the output (max|TE|L < 222ns) with

maximum noise at the PTP input (used Calnex G.8273.4 Reference Model 2). The maximum observation interval

is 1000s.
