DESCRIPTION

The

µ PD16670 is a LCD controller/driver with 1/17, 1/25 and 1/33 duty capable of displaying a dot matrix LCD. It

has 60 segment outputs, 33 common outputs, giving a maximum display capability of 12 columns x 4 lines (at 1/33

duty).

The

µ PD16670 includes 4 x mode on-chip booster circuit, capable of operating on single 3 V-power supply.
