Connect a thermistor from this pin to ground. The thermistor is usually inside the battery pack. 68 TS2 Thermistor2 input. Connect a thermistor from this pin to ground. Or it can be used as analog input pin of internal ADC if the control bit is set to ADC function. Exposed pad Exposed ground It must be connected to ground for thermal and electrical enhancement. |
