General-Purpose Counter Circuit Configuration

The general-purpose counter section consists of input amps, a gate time control circuit and a 20-bit binary

counter.

General-Purpose Counter Measurement Timing

< T1 <= 0.25 (µs), 0 < T2 <= 1 (ms)

Note1:

IFIN1 and IFIN2 input have built-in amps. Connecting a capacitor permits low-amplitude operation.

Note2:

SCIN is configured for CMOS input; therefore input signals should be logic level.
