EEPROM enable register
This register should be filled with 55AA in EERPOM register 0
and 1. IP178C/IP178CH will examine the specified pattern to
confirm if there is a valid EEPROM. The initial setting is
updated with the content of EEPROM only if the specified
pattern 55AA is found.

IP178C/IP178CH by writing 55AA to this register.
