226 / 286 page  Temperature sensor L9680 226/286 DS11615 Rev 7 15 Temperature sensor The L9680 provides an internal analog temperature sensor. The sensor is aimed at having a reference for the average junction temperature on silicon surface. The sensor is placed far away from power dissipating stages and squib/pyroswitch deployment drivers. The output of the temperature sensor is available via SPI through ADC conversion, as shown in Table 18.
