Mode selection

(M1 input)

Input

In the flash memory version, connect this pin to the VCC when use

microprocessor mode or memory expansion mode. Connect it to the

VSS when use standard serial I/O mode (single-chip mode).

In the mask ROM version, connect this pin to the VSS or the VCC.
