TheHT77xxSAdevicesincludeaninternaloscillator, PFMcontrolcircuit,drivertransistor,referencevolt- ageunitandahighspeedcomparator.Theyemploy pulsefrequencymodulationtechniques,toobtain minimumsupplycurrentandrippleatlightoutput loading.Thesedevicesareavailableinspacesaving TO92,SOT89,SOT23andSOT23-5packages.For SOT23-5packagetypes,theyalsoincludeaninternal chipenablefunctiontoreducepowerconsumption whenintheshutdownmode.
