General Description

TheHT45F3830isadevicededicatedforuseinultrasonicnebuliserapplications.Theapplication

principleforultrasonicnebulisersistouseelectronichigh-frequencyoscillationandceramic

nebulisingchiphigh-frequencyresonancetobreakuptheliquidwatermoleculesthusgenerating

afinemistwithoutrequiringheatingoranychemicalsubstances.Comparedwiththeheating

nebulisationmethod,theultrasonicmethodcanresultin90%energysavings.Additionally,during

thenebulisationprocess,itcanreleasealargenumberofnegativeionswhichcanprecipitatesmoke

anddustparticlesinairbyelectrostaticreactionandalsocaneffectivelyremoveformaldehyde,

carbonmonoxide,bacteriaandotherharmfulsubstancesthusgeneratingcleanerairandreducingthe

possibilityofdiseasetransmission.

ThedeviceisaFlashMemorytype8-bithighperformanceRISCarchitecturemicrocontroller

containingspecialinternalcircuitryforultrasonicnebuliserapplications.Offeringusersthe

convenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,thisdevicealsoincludesawiderangeof

functionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludesanareaofRAMDataMemoryaswellasanareaoftrue

EEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledatasuchasserialnumbers,calibrationdataetc.Analog

featuresincludeanovercurrentprotectionfunction.MultipleandextremelyflexibleTimerModules

providetiming,pulsegenerationandPWMgenerationfunctions.Protectivefeaturessuchasaninternal

WatchdogTimer,LowVoltageResetandLowVoltageDetectorcoupledwithexcellentnoiseimmunity

andESDprotectionensurethatreliableoperationismaintainedinhostileelectricalenvironments.

Thedevicealsoincludesfullyintegratedlowandhighspeedoscillatorswhichcanbeflexibly

usedfordifferentapplications.Theabilitytooperateandswitchdynamicallybetweenarangeof

operatingmodesusingdifferentclocksourcesgivesuserstheabilitytooptimisemicrocontroller

operationandminimisepowerconsumption.Easycommunicationwiththeoutsideworldis

providedusingtheinternalI2Cinterface.

WhiletheinclusionofflexibleI/Oprogrammingfeatures,Time-Basefunctionsalongwithan

adjustableultrasonicnebuliserresonantfrequencygeneratorandmanyotherfeaturesensurethatthe

devicewillfindexcellentuseindifferentultrasonicnebuliserapplications.

Thisdevicecanusethenebuliserresonancedetectortodetectthenebuliserresonantfrequency,

andusethenebuliserresonantfrequencyselectiontooutputPFMresonantfrequencyfornebuliser

control,itcanalsousethewatershortageprotectionandOCVPfunctionsforwatershortage

detection.
