IfthePTnCCLRbitinthePTMnC1registerishighthenthecounterwillbeclearedwhenacompare

matchoccursfromComparatorA.However,hereonlythePTMnAFinterruptrequestflagwill

begeneratedevenifthevalueoftheCCRPbitsislessthanthatoftheCCRAregisters.Therefore

whenPTnCCLRishighnoPTMnPFinterruptrequestflagwillbegenerated.IntheCompareMatch

OutputMode,theCCRAcannotbeclearedtozero.

IftheCCRAbitsareallzero,thecounterwilloverflowwhenitsreachesitsmaximum10-bit,3FF

Hex,value,howeverherethePTMnAFinterruptrequestflagwillnotbegenerated.

Asthenameofthemodesuggests,afteracomparisonismade,thePTMnoutputpin,willchange

state.ThePTMnoutputpinconditionhoweveronlychangesstatewhenaPTMnAFinterruptrequest

flagisgeneratedafteracomparematchoccursfromComparatorA.ThePTMnPFinterruptrequest

flag,generatedfromacomparematchoccursfromComparatorP,willhavenoeffectonthePTMn

outputpin.ThewayinwhichthePTMnoutputpinchangesstatearedeterminedbytheconditionof

thePTnIO1andPTnIO0bitsinthePTMnC1register.ThePTMnoutputpincanbeselectedusing

thePTnIO1andPTnIO0bitstogohigh,togolowortotogglefromitspresentconditionwhena

comparematchoccursfromComparatorA.TheinitialconditionofthePTMnoutputpin,whichis

setupafterthePTnONbitchangesfromlowtohigh,issetupusingthePTnOCbit.Notethatifthe

PTnIO1andPTnIO0bitsarezerothennopinchangewilltakeplace.
