Thermal Performance
A good PCB design has the optimized thermal performance and efficiency. Under the ambient temperature 25
C,
and specified BOM list (refer to Table 3 and Table 4) and Richtek evaluation board, the thermal images of RT6310
are shown in Figure 24 to Figure 26.
