Enable control. Pull high to turn on. Do not float.

GND

Power ground.

Inductor pin. Connect this pin to the switching

node of inductor.

VIN

Power input.

Output feedback pin. Connect this pin to the

center point of the output resistor divider to

program the output voltage:

VOUT = 0.6 × (1 + R1/R2).

Power good indicator. When the output voltage

exceeds 95% of regulation point, it becomes

open drain; low otherwise.

No connection.

GND

Thermal pad

Internally connect to GND. Recommend to

connect to a large ground plane for the

improved thermal performance.
