Receive ready. RXRDY is driven by the TNETEL1200 to inform the microprocessor that the TNETEL1200 is
ready for receiving data from the loop.

Transmit clock. TXCLK is driven by the TNETEL1200 to clock transmit data out of the microprocessor.
