Writing to the memory array
In this example, a write operation is issued to write the data < 12 34 56 78 > to EEPROM
memory addressees 0000 to 003F by I2C communication.
Note that in the I2C answer, you are notified of whether the write cycle succeeded or failed
(see Figure 77 and Figure 78).

You can write 1, 2, 3 or 4 bytes by playing with the Page Size field.
