The 2 signals SLP_S3 and SLP_S4 can be used to control CTLx pins: the CTL1 tied to the

SLP_S3 and the CTL2 tied to the SLP_S4. Thus using only 1 GPIO from embedded

controller (again the CTL3 pin can be user-configurable (BIOS, etc.) to enable/disable the

charging feature), we can control the following modes:

The device can be powered on/off using the EN pin.
