■ Dual-channel integrated 96Gbaud linear TIA with
analog control interface
■ Differential linear gain: 70–3,250Ω and > 30dB
dynamic range
■ > 60GHz adjustable 3dB bandwidth
■ Automatic and manual gain control, Output
Voltage Control, Peak Detection and Shutdown
functionalities
■ Low THD, low crosstalk, and low power
consumption for covering 64QAM receiver
Applications
■ 800G and beyond coherent systems with 96Gbaud
higher-order QAM modulation format
■ Integrated optical modules for CFP/CFP2/CFP4
form factors
