When the touch key scan data is greater than (TKAWBH_L + TKAWR) or less than

(TKAWBH_L – TKAWR), the IC will wake up and TKCIE Interrupt will happen (TKCSF=1).

In Idle scan mode, if no wake-up happens after scanning key for (16*TKITO) times, it will

automatically wake up one time and the TKTOSF=1. User can run the normal touch key

scan to check the Touch level or go to Idle again.

If TKITO = 0x00, automatically wake up will not happen.
