47 / 131 page  Power-On Sequence Once VSHNDL > 1.8V, the regulator is enabled. After VAA reaches 3V (typ), the POR signal is deasserted, the oscil- lators enabled, and the HV charge pump enabled. Once the HV charge pump is stable, the logic is enabled. The device is fully operational (standby mode) within 1ms from the time communication is first received in the shutdown mode.
