The output voltage can be set to different values as listed in Table 8 . The regulator works with a fixed switching

frequency of fSW,Buck and a maximum duty cycle of 90%.

A soft-start is implemented on system power-up or wake-up: the output target voltage is gradually increased up to

the target VCC in tSS,Buck time (refer to Figure 6). During the first half of tSS,Buck time the regulator works with a

fixed switching frequency of fSW,SS.

When the target output voltage is changed, a new soft-start ramp is generated with the new target voltage as final

value.
