They are halogen-free, RoHS compliant and 100% matte tin (Sn) plating that are suitable for use in SnPb or Pb-free soldering processes. The uP1817 is a universal DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) generator that supports VR12.1 and IMVP8 VID tables, which is selected by hardware setting. This part generates 1% accuracy reference voltage with VR12.1/IMVP8 compatible dynamic voltage change slew rate according to SVID inputs. Moreover, the device supports digital output current monitor for two output rails Vcore and VccGT (uP1817P,MVP8 mode), VCC_VCGI and VNN(uP1817Q, IMVP8 mode) or VCC and VGG (VR12.1 mode). The uP1817 provides enable/disable function for power sequence control, and supports hardware selectable initial output voltage Vboot.
