Note:
These values are reference values. The actual operating current greatly depends on the system (such as unsharpened waveforms
due to I/O load and toggle frequency). Be sure to measure these current values in the system.
Note 1. IO supply current (IVCC33, IVCC1833_n (n = 0 to 4)) should be 80 mA or less. (ΣIOH in Table 2.11)
Note 2. All applicable modules are stopped or standby mode with the lowest clock frequency setting, no pull-up/down or operation for all I/O
ports, and room temperature.
