This delay is the time to switch from one MSIRC to another one. In case the destination MSIRC is in power down, the total delay is tsu(MSI) + tswitch(MSI). 7. The MSI is in continuous mode when the internal regulator is in voltage range 1, 2 or 3. 8. The MSI is in sampling mode when MSIBIAS = 1 in RCC_ICSCR1, and the regulator is in voltage range 4, or when the device is in Stop 1 or Stop 2 mode. 9. SMPS efficiency in range 1, based on VCORE current = 19.4 mA (CoreMark current on VCORE at 160 MHz). Table 81.
