Figure 3.6.2 is an example in which an external memory is connected to the TMP93CS32.

In this example, 128-Kbyte ROM is connected using 16 bits bus, and 256-Kbyte RAM using

16-bit bus.

The TMP93CS32 has built-in ROM and RAM. When ROM and RAM have insufficient

capacity, it is possible to connect an external memory as the example of the external

memory connection. In this example, the memory configuration is as follows.
