This bit will be set if the measured temperature of external channel drops below the Low Limit for the

programmed number of times in a consecutive measurements.

This bit will be set if the measured temperature of internal channel drops below the Low Limit for the

programmed number of times in a consecutive measurements.

12.16. Therm Limit status register

The Therm Limit status register indicates if the measured temperature of a certain channel exceeds the Therm

Limit for the programmed number of times in a consecutive measurements. Reading from the Therm Limit status

register will not clear all bits. The THERM status bit in the status register will be set if any of the Therm Limit

status bit is set.

Once any of these bits are set, the THERM status bit in the status register will be set. Reading from the Therm

Limit status register will not clear all bits. When a certain channel Therm Limit status is set, the corresponding

Therm Limit status bits will be cleared when the measured temperature drops below the Therm Limit minus the

Therm Hysteresis. The THERM status bit in the status register will be cleared when all the individual channel

Therm Limit status bits are cleared.
