STM32F3xx microcontrollers, with embedded voltage regulator, require a 2.0 V - 3.6 V

operating supply voltage (VDD) and a 2.0 V - 3.6 V analog supply voltage (VDDA).

STM32F3x8xx device power supply

These devices do not contain a voltage regulator. VDD directly supplies the regulator output

as described in Figure 2.

The STM32F3xx microcontrollers require a 1.8 V +/- 8% operating voltage supply (VDD) and

1.65 V - 3.6 V analog voltage supply (VDDA). Standby mode is not supported.

Power supply summary

In both power supply architectures, the real-time clock (RTC) and the backup registers can

be powered from the VBAT voltage when the main VDD supply is off.

Table 2 summarizes the power supply ranges in both architectures and gives supply

conditions to be taken into account.
