"111".Asacertainamountoftimewillberequiredforthehighfrequencyclocktostabilise,the

statusoftheHTObitischecked.Theamountoftimerequiredforhighspeedsystemoscillator

stabilizationdependsuponwhichhighspeedsystemoscillatortypeisused.

Entering the SLEEP0 Mode

ThereisonlyonewayforthedevicetoentertheSLEEP0Modeandthatistoexecutethe"HALT"

instructionintheapplicationprogramwiththeIDLENbitinSMODregisterequalto"0"andthe

WDTandLVDbothoff.Whenthisinstructionisexecutedundertheconditionsdescribedabove,the

followingwilloccur:

• Thesystemclock,WDTclockandTimeBaseclockwillbestoppedandtheapplicationprogram

willstopatthe"HALT"instruction.

• TheDataMemorycontentsandregisterswillmaintaintheirpresentcondition.

• TheWDTwillbeclearedandstopped.

• TheI/Oportswillmaintaintheirpresentconditions.

• Inthestatusregister,thePowerDownflag,PDF,willbesetandtheWatchdogtime-outflag,TO,

willbecleared.
