General Description

ThedeviceisaFlashMemorytype8-bithighperformanceRISCarchitecturemicrocontroller.

OfferinguserstheconvenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,thedevicealso

includesawiderangeoffunctionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludesanareaofRAMData

MemoryaswellasanareaoftrueEEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledatasuchasserial

numbers,calibrationdataetc.

Analogfeaturesincludeamulti-channel12-bitA/Dconverterandacomparatorfunctions.Multiple

andextremelyflexibleTimerModulesprovidetiming,pulsegenerationandPWMgeneration

functions.Communicationwiththeoutsideworldiscateredforbyincludingfullyintegrated

I2Cinterfacefunction,thepopularinterfacewhichprovidesdesignerswithameansofeasy

communicationwithexternalperipheralhardware.ProtectivefeaturessuchasaninternalWatchdog
